My citizenship Oath Ceremony is scheduled for March 10th! It’s taken over 2 years to get my United States citizenship, but the end is finally in sight.
Thank the feathery gods.
Looks like my sister and father are going to try to attend, which is awesome.

I just watched the unrated DVD of “The Fog”. On the back of the box, it says “Copy Protected”. I wondered just how they managed to copy protect the content. Now that I’ve seen the movie, I realized the content WAS the copy protection - nobody is going to copy this crap. Just how bad? Read on for more.. (Spoiler alert - not that it matters a damn bit)

New Years Day, I’m sitting on the couch with my sweetheart trying to devour a cheeseball on crackers. For some reason, I’m not getting into it very much; I feel kind of sick. Turns out, I *was* sick. Not kind of, quite sick. Fast forward two days of fever, chills, insomnia, nausea, and other forms of bodily frailty and shame, and I am just now starting to be better.
I think I’m actually all better now, it’s just a matter of convincing my abused digestive tract that it is indeed back to normal. I can scarcely bring myself to eat anything, let alone a “meal”. I have only one positive thing to note: I just got out of bed (at 6 in the evening, no less) and looked in the mirror. I said to myself “I look like shit” instead of moaning and complaining about how I *feel* like shit. Isn’t that the first sign that you’re returning to the land of the living? Worrying about your appearance?
My wife the Cactus has been nothing short of spectacular. I could have survived without her help, sure, but I would have been easily 50 times more miserable. She is a saint. Thank you, sweetheart. I love you.

It finally happened. Someone I know finally got sick from EGGS. Ever since I moved to the United States, both friends and family have teased me and mocked me for not wanting to have anything to do with raw eggs. I don’t want any salmonella. No sir.
Poor Buddy had some egg nog containing some raw, unpasteurized eggs. Buddy is now sicker than that donkey show you hear about in Tijuana. I’m sorry someone I know is sick, but at the same time… I am getting sheer evil delight.
I TOLD YOU SO!!!
